We are determined to build your project with the same quality, transparency, and professionalism that we would want on our own house. With more than 10 years of experience, we are ready to help you tackle your next project!
Our Process
We exist as a business to serve you. We strive to be as affordable as possible while still offering the benefits of a larger company. Whether you are looking for a repair or a complete new-build, we can work with you on the design process to ensure that you are receiving the best product for your budget. As our name implies, our team primarily performs Carpentry tasks. We specialize in framing, deck construction, and finish carpentry. Our scope of work also includes flooring, siding, and custom tile. If you are looking for a General Contractor for your project, we would also love to discuss any residential, single-home projects.
Financials
We understand that money does not grow on trees. Because of this, Determined Carpentry is dedicated to eliminating any unnecessary costs to you as the customer. Typically, we utilize a Pay-As-You-Go method for your protection and ours. We utilize two payment systems:

Time/Materials--We bill you for the exact cost of the materials and show you receipts upon request. Since labor is charged per hour, this permits us to customize a project as much as you like. Our carpenters will NOT bill you for store time, breaks, or drive time. You are only billed for time on site.

Project Bid--We bill you a flat rate for all materials and services rendered. You will not be charged any additional money unless you amend the scope of work with a change order. This system lets you know exactly how much the project will cost.
